ABOUT EMMA

Emma is a passionate CrossFit coach and massage therapist who leads our MakeMomStrong post-natal program and group classes. She's dedicated to helping athletes move well and stay injury-free. Don't let her strong voice intimidate you—Emma is incredibly friendly and supportive. When she's not coaching, you'll find her training alongside members, providing on-site massage, or working with personal training clients.

Our highly experienced CrossFit coach and our dedicated Gym Manager

ABOUT LIZ

She's coached in 3 different countries and specializes in Olympic weightlifting, making complex movements accessible to beginners. Liz also brings extensive experience from managing Olympic and Paralympic rowers. When she's not coaching or managing the gym, you'll find her training alongside you in classes and leading rowing seminars.

ABOUT MIKE

Mike holds BSc and MSc degrees in Exercise Science and Physiotherapy, bringing a deep understanding of high-intensity training and injury prevention. With 4+ years of CrossFit experience and a background in rugby (including injury recovery), he's dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals and perform at their best, safely.

Ali is a CrossFit coach with 15+ years of experience, bringing expertise, jokes, and questionable music to classes. He excels at making beginners feel confident and helping advanced athletes progress. His ideal WOD? Butterfly pull-ups, heavy snatches, and assault bike calories! Ali creates a fun, motivating environment, both coaching and training alongside members.

Jack has over 10 years of fitness experience. Known for his detailed coaching of complex CrossFit skills for all levels, he blends various strength and conditioning methods to challenge you physically and mentally while keeping it fun. When not coaching CrossFit, he works as a personal trainer or spends time with his son.

Passionate about helping people move well at every life stage. She leads our MakeMomStrong and CrossFit Lite classes, using a balanced approach of strength, mobility, and mindfulness to build sustainable movement for lifelong well-being. Outside of coaching, you'll find Raie cold plunging or making music.
